> Torn, mildewed, stained Shower Curtains (hey, this is a "shelter" if you don't like it, too bad)

> Cleaning Supplies available at frnt desk so you can clean your rooms yourself upon check in
> Sealed Windows & If Available, Heavy Smoke Odors frm previous smoker who smoked in room
> Heavy drug activity and/or being screamed or yelled at by fellow guests/neighbors
> UNsupervised kids everywhere (this rule only applied to one guest we kicked out)
> Heavy Police Activity on a daily basis
> If lucky, you will be video recorded while you talk to Property Mngr (with light flashing recorder device or sometimes secretly concealed- if you protested the tapings)

**plz note that if you complain, no matter how logical or valid...you will be made miserable, barked at or the issues just ignored and you may ultimately be kicked out - we will find & make up reasons to make you go away
